21世纪 ,企业面临着全球化的网络竞争。作为网络经济的主要特性之一 ,网络外部性在企业的技术战略决策方面发挥着重要作用。本文讨论了网络外部性特性及其对技术联盟的影响 ,指出在网络外部性条件下 ,企业建立技术联盟应注意的问题 :一是选择好合作伙伴 ;二是选择合适的管理模式 ;三是合作中要进行有效的绩效评估 ;四是预先评估技术合作机会 ;五是与过去和现在的合作伙伴保持密切关系。
In the 21st century, enterprises are faced with the globalization of online competition. As one of the main characteristics of the network economy, network externalities play an important role in the decision-making of technology strategy of enterprises. This paper discusses the characteristics of network externalities and their impact on technology alliances. It points out that under the condition of network externalities, the problems that enterprises should pay attention to in establishing technology alliances are as follows: one is to choose a good partner; the other is to choose the appropriate management mode; the other is to cooperate In the effective performance evaluation; Fourth, advance assessment of technical cooperation opportunities; Fifth, with past and present partners to maintain close relations.
