在班集体建设过程中,怎样培养学生的自治自理能力呢?我的想法和做法是:一、精心组织自治自理机构班委是班级的自治自理机构,由班干部组成。因此,在选择班干部时,不能只注重学习成绩和工作能力,还要看是否有责任心,是否愿为班级同学服务。我在选择班干部时采用了新的方式。一开学,我先组织有奖征文,题目是“假如我当班长”、“假如我当××委员”,让同学们畅所欲言,毛遂自荐。然后将征文张贴上墙,让大家阅读酝酿。在此基础上进行无记名投票选举,选出班干部。最后,班干部举行就职演说,提出他们的计划、设想、抱负、愿望,请同学们监督执行。采用这种办法,使班干部感到有竞争,有压力,更有奋斗目标。
In class collective construction process, how to cultivate students' self-care ability? My thoughts and practices are: First, the well-organized self-care agency team is the class self-care institutions, composed of class cadres. Therefore, when selecting class cadres, we should not just focus on academic performance and ability to work, but also on whether we have a sense of responsibility and are willing to serve our classmates. I adopted a new approach when choosing class cadres. A start, I first organized the prizes essay, the title is “If I as squad leader”, “If I was ×× members,” so that students speak freely, volunteered. Then essay posted on the wall, so that everyone read brewing. On the basis of this, a secret ballot was elected and class cadres were selected. Finally, class cadres hold inaugural speeches, put forward their plans, ideas, ambitions, aspirations, and invite students to supervise their implementation. Using this approach, the class cadres feel the competition, pressure, more goals.
