2014年10月23日北京晨报报道,因认为父亲在解放战争时期为八路军采购物资途中被捕杀害,70岁的王某多次向民政局提请追认父亲为烈士遭拒,遂将平谷区民政局告上法庭。昨天,平谷法院开庭审理了此案。王某表示,1980年前后,他就这一问题向平谷民政局申请追烈时,将原冀东军区14军分区后勤部部长安某以及与父亲一起执行任务的同志张某的证言材料、村委会的证明材料原件交付原民政局局长叶某。叶局长对此进行了初步调查,后由于民政局人员岗位变动将此事搁置,多年过后诸多证明材料丢失,最终导致对方不予追烈。
