Isozyme analysis is considered as one of the most effective ways to estimate genetic variation within plant species. In recent years, the use of isozyme analysis of genetic relationships among species, origin and identification of significant differences between varieties have made significant progress. Tan et al., [1], Krou Nagata et al ~ ([2]) and Huang Huihua et al. ([3]) explored the origin, genetic relationship and growth and development of tea plants using isoenzyme technology. This article is through Zhejiang Province to promote 12 tea varieties
