该工程质量目标为:誓夺“鲁班奖”确保“楚天杯”该工程位于孝感市107国道复线春云村,南接南大区,北靠乾坤大道,工程总建筑面积为45534.37平方米(地下:13013.53平方米,地上:32520.84平方米),占地面积占地面积为2757.62平方米,由13层外科楼和1层地下室组成,建筑总体高度为51.75米。该工程房屋设计用途有:手术室、会诊室、诊断室、处置室、抢救室、办公、休息、保安、消防应急通道等设施,还配有超市、银行等配套设施。该工程由孝感市第一人民医院投资兴建,由湖北全洲扬子江建设工程有限公司总承包施工,监理单位为孝感市环建工程建设监理有限责任公司,设计单位为湖北中江建筑设计院有限公司。

The supervision unit was Xiaogan Huanjian Construction Supervision Co., Ltd. The design unit was Hubei Zhongjiang Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd.
