海澜财富中心大厦工程位于江阴经济开发区“盈智城”西北角,为“盈智城”启动项目。工程总建筑面积约为22.5万m2,由55层办公楼,4层裙房及地下3层车库组成。主楼建筑面积约为13.6万m2,高度254.45 m,结构形式为钢管混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构,完工后为江阴城区最高的办公楼。该工程由江苏省苏中建设集团股份有限公司总承包施工。马尼托瓦克MCR225A型内爬塔机为该项目的建设添砖加瓦,成为项目建设中一道靓丽的风景。在项目谈判过程中,为确定方案,马尼托瓦克技术支
Hailan Fortune Plaza building project is located in Jiangyin Economic Development Zone “Ying Zhi City ” northwest corner, as “Ying Zhi Cheng ” start the project.
