目的了解徐州市儿童铅负荷现状。方法对铅污染较少地区2~6岁儿童用微分电位溶出法测定血铅,并对其家长和教师进行问卷调查。结果637名儿童中血铅≥0.483μmol/L者155名,检出率24.33%;男女性别检出率无显著性差异(P>0.05),各年龄组检出率差异明显,其中4岁组(33.81%)最高,3岁组(18.63%)最低(P<0.05);血铅总均值男童明显大于女童(P<0.01);引起儿童铅中毒原因有多种。结论儿童铅负荷状况不容乐观,应引起全社会重视,采取综合措施防治儿童铅中毒。
Objective To understand the current status of lead load in children in Xuzhou. Methods Blood lead levels were measured in children aged 2 ~ 6 years with less lead pollution by differential potentiometric stripping method. Questionnaires were also conducted between parents and teachers. Results Among 637 children, the blood lead level was ≥0.483μmol / L, with a detection rate of 24.33%. There was no significant difference between male and female (P> 0.05), and the detection rate was significantly different among all age groups (33.81%) were the highest in the 4-year-old group and lowest in the 3-year-old group (18.63%) (P0.05) .The total blood lead level was significantly higher in boys than in girls There are many reasons for lead poisoning. Conclusion Children’s lead load status is not optimistic, which should arouse the attention of the whole society and take comprehensive measures to prevent children’s lead poisoning.
