双孢菇的品种是影响双孢菇品质和产量关键因子,试验通过对目前北京地区设施双孢菇栽培引进的4个品种(F56、生茂2、生茂4和生茂8)进行比较,从菌丝生长速度、单株个体大小、开伞时菌盖直径以及单位面积产量进行比较,以期选出在鲜食市场消费习惯和产量方面都具有较好价值的品种,对生产实践有所指导。试验得出:1)F56菌丝生长速度较快,出菇比其他3个品种早4～6 d,适合调整生产周期,但菇体偏小,且菌柄较长;2)4个品种中,生茂8平均产量最高,且开伞时菌盖直径最大,菌柄最短,成熟子实体大小符合目前鲜食市场消费习惯,是适合目前栽培模式下的高产品种,品状优良,平均单产可达12.77 kg/m2。
The varieties of Agaricus bisporus are the key factors that affect the quality and yield of Agaricus bisporus.
