随着小学教学改革的不断推进,对话式教学这种新颖的教学模式受到的重视度越来越高,且已被越来越广泛地应用到小学语文的教学中,并取得了一定的成效。但在实行的过程中也存在内容缺乏目的性、对话过程缺乏学生参与、忽略学生与文本的对话及小组合作流于形式等一些不足,影响了对话式教学在小学语文课堂作用的发挥。针对这些不足必须建立正确的学生观,以发展的眼光来看待学生的成长;正确定位教师的地位,由包揽一切++教学活动转为课堂教学的引导者、组织者和合作者;同时教师在教学中也要注意倾听学生,并对其进行引导。
