本文按照《最高人民法院关于审理海上货运代理纠纷案件若干问题的规定》,结合实际操作惯例,对货代企业在开展业务过程中的法律地位及承担的法律责任进行了梳理和阐述。
In accordance with the Provisions of the Supreme People’s Court on Several Issues concerning the Trial of Maritime Freight Forwarding Agency Dispute Cases, the legal status of the freight forwarding enterprises in carrying out their business and the legal responsibilities assumed are reviewed and elaborated in light of practical operational practices.
