目的:制备桔梗总皂苷微丸。方法 :采用离心造粒法,以微丸粒径分布、休止角、松密度、脆碎度等为指标考察了影响微丸成型过程的工艺因素。结果 :微丸成丸的优化处方和工艺参数为:药粉与微晶纤维素比例为3:1,黏合剂为3%羟丙基甲基纤维素,主机转速为200 r·min-1,鼓风流量为15-20 r·min-1,喷气流量为15r·min-1,喷气压力为0.5Mp,喷浆泵转速为5~25 r·min-1,供粉机转速为5~25 r·min-1。结论:在优化条件下采用离心造粒法可制得表面较为光滑、圆整度较高的桔梗皂苷微丸,18~24目微丸的收率达90%以上。
Objective: To prepare Campanulaceae total saponin pellets. Methods: The pellet size distribution, angle of repose, bulk density and friability were used as indexes to study the process factors affecting pellet forming process. Results: The optimum formulation and process parameters of pellets into pellets were as follows: the ratio of powder to microcrystalline cellulose was 3: 1, the binder was 3% hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, the speed of main machine was 200 r · min-1, The air flow rate is 15-20 r · min-1, the jet flow rate is 15r · min-1, the jet pressure is 0.5Mp, the jet pump speed is 5-25 r · min-1, the speed of powder feeder is 5-25 r · Min-1. Conclusion: Platycodin microspheres with smooth surface and high roundness can be obtained by centrifugal granulation under optimized conditions. The yield of 18 ~ 24 mesh microspheres is over 90%.
