目的提高农村地区肺结核病人转诊率、发现率和治愈率,控制结核病流行。方法全面开展乡村干部结核病防治知识培训,举办形式多样的结核病健康促进活动;实施项目化疗方案和结核病专科医院治疗方案相结合模式和包片管理模式,治疗管理肺结核病人。结果提高了农村地区大众人群结核病防治知识知晓率、提高了病人发现率和治疗效果。结论采取综合措施提高农村地区结核病防治工作水平非常重要。
Objective To improve the referral rate, detection rate and cure rate of tuberculosis patients in rural areas and control the epidemic of tuberculosis. Methods To carry out knowledge training on prevention and treatment of tuberculosis among village cadres in all aspects and to organize various forms of tuberculosis health promotion activities. To implement tuberculosis patients by combining the combination of the project chemotherapy and TB hospital treatment programs and the package management mode. As a result, awareness of tuberculosis prevention and control among the general population in rural areas has been raised and patient discovery rates and treatment effects have been improved. Conclusion It is very important to adopt comprehensive measures to raise the level of prevention and treatment of tuberculosis in rural areas.
