目的为及时掌握大兴区托幼机构消毒效果,探讨托幼机构消毒管理方法;方法连续2年随机抽取18家托幼机构对其卧室空气、手(炊事员、保健员)、玩具、桌面、毛巾、饮食用具进行消毒效果检测。结果2年共检测478件消毒样品,合格424件,合格率88.7%;其中2007年抽检258件,合格221件,合格率85.7%;2008年抽检220件,合格202件,合格率95.0%,各年间检测合格率比较差异有显著性(x2=5.18,P<0.05);公立园与私立园消毒样品检测合格率比较差异有显著性(x2=4.0,P<0.05)。结论卫生、教育部门在审批托幼园所办园许可上要将园所面积及要求定期委托有资质的单位对空气、手、物体表面、饮食用具等进行消毒效果检测做为开园必备条件;卫生监督部门加强监督频次。
Objective To timely grasp the disinfection effect of nurseries and nurses in Daxing District and discuss the disinfection management methods of nurseries and kindergartens. Methods 18 nurseries were selected randomly for two years to investigate the effects of disinfectant on the air, hands (cooks, health workers), toys, tabletops, towels , Eating utensils for disinfection test. Results A total of 478 sterilization samples were tested in 2 years, with a pass rate of 88.7%. Among them, 258 were sampled in 2007 and 221 were qualified with a pass rate of 85.7%. In 2008, 220 were sampled and 202 were passed, with a pass rate of 95.0% There was a significant difference in passing rate between years (x2 = 5.18, P <0.05). There was significant difference in passing rate between public park and private park disinfection samples (x2 = 4.0, P <0.05). Conclusions The sanitation and education department should check the area of the park and the requirements on the approval of entrusted nurseries for the park to conduct the disinfection effect test on the air, hands, surfaces, and eating utensils regularly as the prerequisite for opening the park. Health supervision departments to strengthen supervision frequency.
