采用正交试验设计对杞菊地黄口服液制备工艺进行探讨。结果表明,在制备工艺中,水煮提取后加乙醇使含量至65%止,配料选用苯甲酸钠作防腐剂,pH值控制在3.2时,为最佳条件。
Orthogonal experimental design was used to investigate the preparation process of Qi Ju Di Huang Oral Liquid. The results showed that in the preparation process, the amount of ethanol was added after boiled extraction to 65%, and sodium benzoate was used as a preservative for the ingredients. The pH was controlled at 3.2, which was the best condition.
