目的 探讨水质处理器卫生安全性试验方法。方法 对采用活性炭、铜锌合金(KDF)和分子筛为吸附材料并以聚丙烯(PP)棉、中空纤维和微孔膜为过滤材料的水质处理器以纯水分别连续冲洗15、30、45和60min后均再经纯水浸泡24h后的浸泡水浊度、pH值、溶解性总固体(TDS)和化学耗氧量(COD)的变化,又观察了经1h纯水冲洗后分别再经5、15、24、48、72h和1周的纯水浸泡后浸泡水上述4项指标的变化。结果 连续冲洗15和30 min水样之间,30和45min水样之间上述4项指标差异有显著性(P<0.05),45和60min水样之间差异无显著性。浸泡5和15h水样之间,72h和1周水样之间差异有显著性(P<0.05),15h~72h水样之间差异均无显著性。结论 水质处理器卫生安全性试验适宜的冲洗和浸泡时间应分别为≥45min和24h。
Objective To explore the method of hygiene and safety test of water quality processor. Methods The water quality of activated carbon, copper-zinc alloy (KDF) and molecular sieve as adsorbent and polypropylene (PP) cotton, hollow fiber and microporous membrane as filter material were washed with pure water respectively for 15, 30, 45 and The turbidity, pH value, total dissolved solids (TDS) and chemical oxygen demand (COD) changes of the soaking water after soaking in pure water for 60 min were also observed. After 1 h of pure water rinsing, , 15,24,48,72 h and 1 week after immersion in pure water immersion changes in the above four indicators. Results There was a significant difference in the above four indexes between continuous flushing water samples of 15 and 30 min, water samples of 30 and 45 min (P <0.05), and no significant difference between 45 and 60 min water samples. There was a significant difference between water samples immersed for 5 and 15 h, water samples for 72 h and 1 week (P <0.05), and no significant difference between 15 h and 72 h. Conclusion The appropriate rinsing and soaking time for the hygiene and safety test of the water processor should be ≥45min and 24h, respectively.
