近几年来,全国针纺织品市场发生巨大变化,工业自销,计划开放,多渠道竞争,银行利率不断提高,销售额下降,商品积压,资金使用效益差,利润减少,遇到不少困难。为了改变这一状况,在企业财务方面,我们不断探索改革企业财务会计工作的路子,促进了企业的经营状况逐年改善。按可比口径计算,1987年利润比上年增加83万元,1988年又比1987年增加149万元,1989年再递增130万元,被评为贵阳市“双增双节”先进单位。我们主要做了以下工作: 一、建立内部银行,提高资金使用效益。近几年来,我司年均销售收入1.2亿多元,资金需求量大。
In recent years, the national needle textile market has undergone tremendous changes. The industry has sold itself, plans have been opened up, multi-channel competition, bank interest rates have continued to rise, sales have fallen, commodity backlogs, poor fund use efficiency, and reduced profits have encountered many difficulties. In order to change this situation, in terms of corporate finances, we have continuously explored ways to reform corporate financial accounting work, and have promoted the improvement of the company’s operating conditions year by year. Calculated on a comparable basis, profit in 1987 increased by 830,000 yuan over the previous year. In 1988, it increased by 1.49 million yuan compared to 1987. In 1989, it increased by 1.3 million yuan. It was awarded Guiyang City’s “double-increasing and double-section” advanced unit. We have mainly done the following work: 1. Establish an internal bank to improve the efficiency of fund use. In recent years, our company has an average annual sales income of more than 120 million yuan and a large amount of funds.
