It is mentioned in previous literature that the concept of match between ventricular and arterial load only relates to the optimization of arterial load. Therefore, only the optimal arterial load was considered in the study, and the model was designed to predict the stroke volume. This article studies the optimal amount of stroke for a given arterial load. Example Plus: The function of the left ventricle can be described by an optimal model. In this model, the relationship between terminal diastolic volume (Ved) and linear terminal systolic blood pressure, heart rate, and time to blood flow are given, and the arterial load is described by the three-element Windkessel model
