二十一世纪我国经济体向着国际化、全球化方向逐渐发展。随着中国特色社会主义事业的蓬勃发展,作为我国坚实经济支撑的国有企业制度也完整确立。国有企业在大时代背景之下的发展前进和企业党组织的扎实工作密不可分。国有企业目前面临的机遇和挑战是显而易见的:对外国际市场竞争激烈,对内国内市场企业结构多元化。新常态下,国有企业的改革发展是基于党建工作的“创新”来保持工作高质量高效率特性的。本文结合新时期国有企业的特点和现状,对国有企业党建工作创新进行探究,以期对国有企业党建工作质量的提升有所帮助。
In the 21st century, our economy gradually develops in the direction of internationalization and globalization. With the vigorous development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the system of state-owned enterprises, which is the backbone of China’s solid economy, has also been completely established. The development of state-owned enterprises under the background of the great times and the solid work of the party organizations in enterprises are inseparable. The opportunities and challenges currently facing SOEs are obvious: the intense competition in the international markets and the diversification of the structure of enterprises in the domestic markets. Under the new normal, the reform and development of state-owned enterprises is based on the “innovation” of party building to maintain the high quality and efficiency of work. Combining with the characteristics and current situation of state-owned enterprises in the new period, this article explores the innovation of party-building in state-owned enterprises, with a view to improving the quality of party building in state-owned enterprises.
