通过实验、数理统计等研究方法,探讨群体训练在中长跑中的效果。结果表明:群体训练能提高运动员的心理和生理负荷能力,从而提高运动成绩。
Through experiments, mathematical statistics and other research methods, to discuss the effect of group training in middle and long distance running. The results show that group training can improve athletes’ psychological and physiological load capacity and improve their performance.
