建设领域是腐败易发多发领域,安徽省合肥市通过推进建设管理体制、政府指导方式、政府投资项目管理模式、土地管理办法、行政审批办法、招投标办法、拆迁安置办法等方面的制度创新,有效预防工程建设领域腐败问题的发生。2010年11月,中共中央政治局常委、中央纪委书记贺国强在安徽省考察工作时,对合肥市的这一做法给予充分肯定,提出要很好地加以总结和推广。现刊发这篇调研报告,以供各地学习借鉴。
