目的检测原发性高血压患者细胞间粘附分子 (ICAM 1 )水平并探讨其在原发性高血压发病中的意义。方法采用流式细胞测定法测定 45例原发性高血压患者和 1 5例健康体检者ICAM 1水平。结果原发性高血压Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期与Ⅲ期患者ICAM 1水平明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5) ,Ⅲ期患者ICAM 1水平显著高于Ⅰ期患者 (P <0 .0 5)。结论原发性高血压患者ICAM 1水平明显增高 ;血压控制时 ,ICAM 1水平仍高 ;Ⅲ期患者ICAM 1水平增高更为显著。
Objective To detect the level of intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM 1) in patients with essential hypertension and to explore its significance in the pathogenesis of essential hypertension. Methods The levels of ICAM 1 in 45 patients with essential hypertension and 15 healthy controls were determined by flow cytometry. Results The levels of ICAM - 1 in patients with stage Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ of primary hypertension were significantly higher than those in controls (P <0.05). The levels of ICAM - 1 in patients with stage Ⅲ were significantly higher than those in patients with stage Ⅰ (P <0. 0 5). Conclusion The level of ICAM-1 in patients with essential hypertension is significantly higher; when the blood pressure is controlled, the level of ICAM-1 is still high; the level of ICAM-1 in patients with stage III is more significant.
