目的:建立七味木盍藤子丸中蔓荆子黄素的定量分析方法。方法:色谱柱为AgilentZORBAXExtendC18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇水(50∶50);流速:1.0mL·min-1;检测波长258nm。蔓荆子黄素保留时间为20.4min。结果:线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为101.47,RSD为1.11。结论:此方法简便、准确,可作为七味木盍藤子丸中蔓荆子黄素的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a method for quantitative analysis of vitexin in Radix. Methods: The chromatographic column was AgilentZORBAXExtendC18 (4.6mm×150mm, 5μm); the mobile phase was methanol water (50:50); flow rate: 1.0mL·min-1; detection wavelength was 258nm. The retention time of vitexin is 20.4 min. RESULTS: The linearity was good with an average recovery of 101.47 and an RSD of 1.11. Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate. It can be used as a method for determining the content of vitextin in Qizhimu.
