目的 :初步探讨自制国产硅橡胶印模材料对全冠的适合性。方法 :将 12个类复合树脂的高分子材料主模型随机分成两组 ,分别用国产硅橡胶和Exaflex硅橡胶两种印模材料制作SDA_Ⅱ型中熔全冠 ,分别在体视显微镜下测量边缘密合度情况和面浮升量。结果 :国产硅橡胶组的边缘间隙 (marginalopen)为 0 10 2mm± 0 0 19mm ,面浮升量 (innerfit)为 0 0 91mm± 0 0 2 2mm ,Exaflex的边缘间隙为 0 0 85mm± 0 0 16mm ,面浮升量为 0 0 74mm± 0 0 34mm。国产硅橡胶组与Exaflex组边缘适合性和面浮升量无显著性差别 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :自制硅橡胶印模材料取模制作SDA_Ⅱ型全冠的适合性在临床上可接受。
Objective: To investigate the suitability of self-made domestic silicone rubber impression material to crown. Methods: The main models of 12 polymer composites were randomly divided into two groups. SDA_Ⅱ-type fused full crowns were made with two kinds of impression materials made by domestic silicone rubber and Exaflex silicone rubber respectively. The edge density Consistency and noodles floating volume. Results: The marginal gap of the domestic silicone rubber group was 0 10 2mm ± 0 0 19mm, the innerfit was 0 0 91mm ± 0 0 2 2mm, and the margin of Exaflex was 0 0 85mm ± 0 0 16mm, floating surface float 0 0 74mm ± 0 0 34mm. There was no significant difference in edge suitability and buoyancy between domestic silicone rubber and Exaflex (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The suitability of self-made silicone rubber impression material for making SDA Ⅱ full crown is clinically acceptable.
