对建筑商而言,工程质量关系到企业的生死存亡。但是.工程质量问题产生的原因多种多样,建筑商是不是对所有的质量缺陷都承担责任呢?某建筑商在南京承建某商业用房工程项目,发现部分梁拆除模板后,出现较多细裂纹。细裂缝主要沿梁侧面由下至上延伸,大致与梁方向垂直。梁侧细裂缝多的有30余条,少的也有10余条。该质量事故发生以后,发包人认为质量事故应当由建筑商负责,并且承担由此引起的损失。建筑商则认为自己不应当承担责任,因为设计图纸的一部分主梁与次梁
