目的 :探讨小肠粘膜萎缩的发生机制。材料和方法 :采用原位末端标记和免疫组化的方法 ,对正常和萎缩小肠粘膜上皮细胞凋亡的发生、分布及增殖细胞核抗原 ( PCNA)的表达进行对比研究。结果 :凋亡细胞主要位于肠绒毛的顶部 ,萎缩小肠粘膜上皮细胞凋亡的发生率明显高于正常小肠 ( P<0 .0 5) ;而 PCNA阳性表达细胞主要位于肠腺隐窝区 ,萎缩小肠粘膜上皮细胞 PCNA的阳性计数较正常小肠显著降低 ( P<0 .0 5)。结论 :肠绒毛顶部凋亡细胞数的增多和肠腺隐窝区细胞增殖能力的降低共同参与了小肠粘膜萎缩的发生
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of intestinal mucosa atrophy. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The apoptosis of normal and atrophic small intestinal mucosa epithelial cells were studied by using end-to-end labeling and immunohistochemistry. The apoptosis and distribution of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) were compared. Results: The apoptotic cells were mainly located at the top of villus villi and the incidence of atrophic intestinal mucosal epithelial cell apoptosis was significantly higher than that of normal small intestine (P <0.05). However, the positive expression of PCNA was mainly located in crypts of enteric glands and atrophy The positive count of PCNA in small intestinal mucosal epithelium was significantly lower than that in normal small intestine (P <0.05). Conclusions: The increase of the number of apoptotic cells at the top of intestinal villi and the decrease of cell proliferative capacity in glandular crypts participate in the development of intestinal mucosa atrophy
