It analyzes the legal relationship between universities and students, the “Measures for the Administration of Student Injury Accidents” and the “Tort Liability Law” stipulated by the Ministry of Education, and elaborates on the responsible parties, the principle of imputation and the scope of compensation for injury accidents among college students.
