随着时代和社会的发展,特殊教育越来越受到社会的关注和重视。作为特殊教育事业中教师的职业道德问题也日益受到关注。而当前,我国并没有对特殊教育教师职业道德的具体规范。结合特教工作实际,对当代特殊教育教师职业道德提出了无歧视性、客观准确、保护隐私、注重合作、提高专业水平、与时俱进、为人师表等规范性建议。
With the development of the times and society, special education has drawn more and more attention and attention from the society. As an issue of professional ethics of teachers in special education, attention is also paid to it. At present, our country does not have specific norms for the special education teachers’ professional ethics. Combined with the actual work of special education, contemporary professional education teachers proposed a non-discriminatory professional ethics, objective and accurate, to protect privacy, pay attention to cooperation, improve professional standards, advancing with the times, teachers and other normative recommendations.
