With the rapid development of the electronics industry, digital image processing, a new technology which was born in the 1960s, has been widely used in many fields such as medical images, remote sensing images, cosmic observations, and industry, agriculture, science and technology, telecommunications, application. In recent years, our country has been applied in the non-real-time processing such as medical images and remote sensing images, but there are not many reports of real-time image processing such as industrial applications. This is because at present digital image processing is mostly carried out by a computer using software.
