利用邻苯二胺作为功能单体,盐酸强力霉素为模板分子,用电聚合的方法在金电极表面制备出对盐酸强力霉素可进行特异识别的分子印迹膜,利用门控制原理对盐酸强力霉素进行测定。表征了分子印迹膜的性能、印迹效应;试验了测定条件;该传感器对盐酸强力霉素的检测具有良好的选择性。盐酸强力霉素的浓度在2.0×10-9~1.0×10-7mol/L范围内与响应电流呈线性关系,检出限达8.7×10-10mol/L,低于现有分析方法。该传感器可用于鱼肉样品中盐酸强力霉素的检测,回收率在96.6%~103.1%。
Using o-phenylenediamine as a functional monomer and doxycycline hyclate as a template molecule, a molecularly imprinted membrane capable of being specifically recognized by doxycycline hyclate was prepared on the surface of the gold electrode by electropolymerization. Mice were measured. Characterization of the molecularly imprinted membrane performance, imprinting effect; test the determination of conditions; the sensor for the detection of doxycycline hydrochloride has good selectivity. The concentration of doxycycline in the range of 2.0 × 10-9 ~ 1.0 × 10-7mol / L has a linear relationship with the response current, the detection limit of 8.7 × 10-10mol / L, lower than the existing analysis. The sensor can be used for the detection of doxycycline hydrochloride in fish samples with recoveries between 96.6% and 103.1%.
