大多数光杆均是在光杆卡子底部断裂,几乎所有的底部断裂均为疲劳断裂。1994年发布的研究结果认为,光杆受到的弯曲应力与光杆卡子处的应力集中交互作用是光杆疲劳断裂的最主要原因。本文报告了光杆卡子产生的应力集中对光杆疲劳强度影响的最新的试验结果。同时通过对配有钳牙式光杆卡和摩擦式光杆卡的光杆的疲劳试验,推出和比较了采用这两种不同光杆卡的光杆的疲劳极限。试验结果采用应力循环曲线表示。
Most polished rods are broken at the bottom of the polished rod clip, and almost all of the bottom cracks are fatigue fractures. According to the research published in 1994, the interaction between the bending stress of the polished rod and the stress concentration at the polished rod is the most important reason for the fatigue fracture of polished rod. This paper reports the latest experimental results on the effect of stress concentration on the fatigue strength of polished rod produced by polished rod clamps. At the same time, through the fatigue test of polished rod with pincer-like polished rod and friction polished rod, the fatigue limit of the polished rod with these two different polished rod is introduced and compared.
