加强专科医师规范化培养是深化我国医药卫生体制改革,提高整体医疗服务水平的重要举措。我院作为儿科住院医师培训基地经过多年来的摸索和改进,实施以多级立体的管理体系、制定个体化培训计划、执行规范考核制度为主要内容的住院医师专科培训管理模式,取得较好的经验和成效,有力促进教学医院临床教学工作质量的提高,为推动临床教学工作改革提供经验。
