中小企业无论是创业初期还是发展期都必须重视公司治理结构的建设,如何选择与自身情况相符合的公司治理结构关系到企业发展的根本,本文试图在探索进行这种选择时的可遵循的规律和原理。并把它们分别归纳整理为以下几个因素:经营范围(Scope business)+市场结构和规模(Market size andstructure)、未来前景(Future prospects)、企业管理人才(Enterprisemanagement talent)、改制成本(Restructuringcosts)等五个方面,分别对每个因素进行了详细的分析和整理,希望能对中小企业在创业和发展中的较佳治理结构。
The SMEs must attach importance to the construction of corporate governance structure both in the initial stage and in the development stage.
