烟草在种植、加工过程中易受铅的污染。为了解市售香烟铅的含量、烟气铅的产生及去向分布情况,我们于1989年1月对市售25种香烟进行了调查观察,现将结果报告如下: (一)材料与方法本次调查的25种香烟均由当地烟草分公司提供。铅的测定采用双硫腙混色法,样品湿法消化,硝酸硫酸用纯工艺试剂(上海振兴化工二厂生产)。每个样品为10支香烟(重10g);烟灰中的铅,采用收集吸烟者常速吸完后全部烟灰供测,并使烟雾通过盛有1%稀硝酸的水烟装置,观察带过滤嘴烟与无过滤嘴烟烟气铅的滤过情况;呼吸道粘膜
