目的了解广东省新批准的职业卫生技术服务机构现状,为各有关部门决策提供科学依据。方法通过对广东省新批准的36家职业卫生技术服务机构(乙级)进行调查,统计和分析机构分布、业务范围、人员结构和检测能力等方面的情况。结果 36家新批准的职业卫生技术服务机构区域分布不平衡,34家机构集中于珠江三角洲地区。机构业务范围类型主要集中于化工、石化及医药,机械、设备、电器制造业及轻工、纺织、烟草加工制造业,其他如工程建筑业等业务范围的数量偏少。机构人员结构不合理,公共卫生与预防医学类专业人员仅占机构专业人员总数的22%。具有50项以上化学因素重点检测项目的机构仅有4家,具有全部9项物理因素重点检测项目的机构不足50%。结论各有关部门应加大对非珠江三角洲地区职业卫生技术服务机构的投入,以满足该地区对职业卫生技术服务的需求。各职业卫生技术服务机构应积极推进自身能力建设,逐步提升职业卫生技术服务水平。
Objective To understand the status quo of newly approved technical institutions for occupational health services in Guangdong Province and provide a scientific basis for the decision-making of all relevant departments. Methods The survey was conducted on 36 newly-approved occupational health service providers (B) in Guangdong Province to analyze and analyze the institutional distribution, business scope, personnel structure and testing capabilities. Results The 36 newly approved occupational health and technical service agencies were unevenly distributed in regional distribution and 34 institutions were concentrated in the Pearl River Delta region. The scope of business scope of the institutions mainly concentrated in the chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical, machinery, equipment, electrical appliances manufacturing and light industry, textiles, tobacco processing and manufacturing industries, and other areas such as engineering and construction industry, the number of business less than normal. Institutional staff structure is irrational, public health and preventive medicine professionals accounted for only 22% of the total number of institutional professionals. There are only 4 agencies with more than 50 key chemical detection projects, and less than 50% have all the 9 key physical testing projects. Conclusion All departments concerned should increase their investment in non-Pearl River Delta region occupational health service providers to meet the demand for technical occupational health services in the region. All occupational health and technical service agencies should actively promote their own capacity building and gradually upgrade the technical service of occupational health.
