平等、和谐、信任的师生关系,自由、宽松、民主、融洽的课堂气氛是唤起学生学习兴趣并促其主动学习的基础,也是实现主体性参与教学的前提;充分激发学生的学习兴趣,使教学达到事半功倍的效果;关注全体学生,让每个学生的个性潜能都得到释放,使每个学生都得到充分发展,真正实现“要我学”为“我要学”。总之,教师要想尽办法,尽力把所有学生领进数学知识的宝库,让数学课的大门向所有学生敞开。
