目的探讨肾结石并发肾肿瘤的早期诊断方法。方法对16例肾结石并发肾肿瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果术前经B超、CT诊断为肾结石并发肾肿瘤5例,4例为术中发现,其余7例为术后病检证实。结论年龄大于50岁、病史较长及反复感染的肾结石患者,及时追踪复查,术前高度重视临床资料中提示的有意义的征象,术中仔细探查才能提高其合并肿瘤的早期诊断率。
Objective To investigate the early diagnosis of renal calculi complicated with renal tumors. Methods The clinical data of 16 patients with nephrolithiasis complicated with renal tumor were analyzed retrospectively. Results Preoperative diagnosis of renal calculi by renal ultrasonography and CT, 5 cases of renal tumors, 4 cases were found during operation, and the remaining 7 cases confirmed by postoperative pathological examination. Conclusions Patients with kidney stones older than 50 years, long history and repeated infection were followed up and reviewed promptly. Preoperative attention was paid to the meaningful signs suggested by clinical data. Careful exploration could improve the early diagnosis rate of the combined tumors.
