目的:考察何首乌与白首乌微量元素的含量。方法:用原子吸收火焰法测定样品中的锌、钙、锰、镁、铁。结果:10批样品的何首乌与白首乌中镁、锰、铁、锌、钙含量都很高,且铁、锌、钙含量相近。结论:该方法准确、可靠、简便。两种首乌中上述微量元素含量均较高。
Objective: To investigate the content of trace elements in Polygonum multiflorum and White Shouwu. Methods: Determination of zinc, calcium, manganese, magnesium, and iron in samples using atomic absorption flame method. Results: The contents of magnesium, manganese, iron, zinc and calcium in the first batch of Radix Polygoni multiflori and Radix Polygoni multiflori were high, and the contents of iron, zinc and calcium were similar. Conclusion: This method is accurate, reliable and simple. The contents of the above trace elements in both Shouwu are higher.
