目前,江苏大丰县已有24对企业实现了兼并经营,初步走出了一条以企业产权关系和经营权关系的转让为前提,调整产业结构和产品结构,使企业资产流向资金产出率高的部门的改革新路子。已兼并的大部分企业,都取得了较好的成果。企业兼并和银行调整信贷结构的目的是一致的,银行在企业兼并中,既不能放任自流,又不能包办代替,而要通过参与企业兼并实践,具体落实信贷结构的调整,使微观经济服从宏观经济运行的要求,通过信贷杠杆作用,搞活微观经济。我们认为,银行在支持、促进企业兼并中,至少应做好以下
