目的:研究并分析护理营养指导干预在慢性肾脏病患者自我管理能力及生活质量健康状况改善的影响.方法:将笔者所在医院接诊的 80 例慢性肾脏病患者作为研究对象,接诊时间为 2019 年 2 月~2020 年 2 月.依据双盲法的分组原则,对 80 例患者实施分组,A组和 B组各有 40 例.A组患者采用常规护理干预,B 组患者采用护理营养指导干预,分别对两组的自我管理能力及生活质量健康状况进行比较.结果:B组自我管理、生活质量及健康状况的评分结果均高于 A 组,组间具有显著的对比差异,P＜0.05 .结论:对慢性肾脏病患者实施护理营养指导干预,既能提升患者的自我管理能力,又能改善患者的生活质量,同时还能优化患者的健康状况,值得在临床干预中广泛推广或借鉴.
