今年 7月 1日是中国共产党成立 80周年，回顾陕甘宁边区的税史，作者带我们了解一番政权初建时期税收队伍的状况，以及税收政策逐步过渡完善的过程。
On July 1 this year, marking the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party, the history of tax in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region was reviewed. The author took us to understand the status of the tax team in the early days of the establishment of the regime and the gradual process of tax policy transition.
