哈尔滨糖厂现有B3—35/5型背压式汽轮发电机组两台,供制糖生产工艺用汽和发电.由于生产范围的扩大,新建味精生产的消毒工序需0.8MPa蒸汽10t/h.这部分蒸汽原拟由与其配套的3.9MPa、450℃锅炉用新汽经减温减压后供汽,这不仅增加了设备,而且浪费了能源,增加了生产成本.为提高企业能源利用率,厂方提出对一台B3—35/5汽轮机在下汽缸位置不动的前提下,打孔抽汽,满足味精生产用汽需要.又因糖业生产的季节性,夏季热负荷很小(味精生产等),而近年来冬季制糖期原料不足,热负荷也严重不足,为了提高发电设备的利用率,厂方决定扩大供汽范围,提高背压汽轮机的进汽量,将多余的排汽或用抽汽方式,供一台初参数为1.3MPa、320℃的1500kW低压凝汽式汽轮机发电.

In recent years, due to the shortage of raw materials in the winter sugar season and the severe heat load, in order to improve the utilization rate of power generation equipment, the factory decided to expand the steam supply range, increase the steam intake of back pressure steam turbines, Or by extraction, for an initial parameter of 1.3MPa, 320 ℃ 1500kW low-pressure condensing steam turbine.
