十一届三中全会,党中央总结了过去历史经验,确定了正确的路线,实行工作重点转移我国医药事业也得到了较前更为迅速的发展。1978年国务院决定成立“国家医药管理总局”。把中、西药品和医疗器材的生产,供应、教育、基本建设统一起来,重视有关药学方面的科学研究,决定中指出将成立“中国药学科学院”。1979年以来陆续在各省、市、自治区建立了医药管理局、统一管理药品器材的产、供、销。
The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of CPC and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China concluded the historical experience of the past and set the correct course. The focus of the work shift in China’s pharmaceutical industry has also been more rapidly developed. In 1978 the State Council decided to establish the “State Administration of Medicine”. Unite the production, supply, education and capital construction of Chinese and Western medicines and medical equipment with a focus on scientific research on pharmacy. The decision states that a “Chinese Academy of Pharmacy” will be established. Since 1979, one after another in the provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions established the Medical Administration Bureau, unified management of pharmaceutical equipment production, supply and marketing.
