一九八六年-八七年度冬季海冰预报会商会于1966年10月20日～24日在山东省烟台市举行。出席这次会议的代表,有来自海军、有关院校和国家海洋局从事海洋预报、调查观测与科研机构,以及生产第一线从事海上安全指挥、海港生产、交通运输和海洋石油等部门共20个单位。全国海上安全指挥部派代表光临指导。会议期间得到了山东省海上安全指挥部的大力协助。 与会代表,首先对一九八六—八七年度冬季渤海及黄海北部的冰情进行了会商。并对海冰要素、大气环流、大洋海面温度场、天文地球物理因子及气温等资料,应用多种方法进行分析和统计计算,做出了今冬明春渤海及黄海北部海冰的总趋势预报,将为海上安全指挥、海港与运输和海洋石油部门提供一定参考。
The Chamber of Commerce for the Winter Sea Ice Forecast in 1986-87 was held in Yantai, Shandong Province from October 20 to 24, 1966.
