本文针对离心铸造船用大型缸套的凝固过程和常见的宏观收缩缺陷及其防止措施用计算机模拟的方法进行了研究。结果表明,用计算机模拟离心铸造缸套的整个凝固过程及伴生的收缩缺陷是一种实际可行的方法。计算结果与实测结果基本吻合。通过计算得到的各种结果可以揭示现行工艺条件下凝固过程的动态情况及收缩缺陷可能产生的部位,同时可预测改变工艺条件后凝固过程及缺陷产生的倾向。
In this paper, the centrifugal casting process of large-scale marine cylinder liner solidification process and the common macroscopic shrinkage defects and prevention measures by computer simulation methods were studied. The results show that it is a practicable method to simulate the whole solidification process and associated shrinkage defects of centrifugal casting cylinder liner by computer. The calculated results are in good agreement with the measured results. The calculated results can reveal the dynamic state of the solidification process and the possible site of shrinkage defects under the current process conditions, and predict the tendency of the solidification process and defects after changing the process conditions.
