证实单组分焊条气溶胶粒子中存在非晶态物质,并获得了它们的非晶型漫射环图像.非晶态物质主要由SiO2及它与其它氧化物、氟化物的熔体在焊接急冷条件下所形成;主要呈蜻蜓翅膀状、或呈壳层状包裹在晶态粒子周围.
Confirmed the existence of amorphous materials in single-component electrode aerosol particles, and obtained their amorphous diffuse ring images. Amorphous material is mainly formed by SiO2 and its melt with other oxides and fluorides under the conditions of welding and quenching. The main material of the amorphous material is the wing shape of a dragonfly or a shell-like shape surrounding the crystalline particles.
