Law in China is still a complicated issue because Chinese society lacks the thought of law and the tradition that can not be done. The traditional agrarian society is an unconventional society. Both Confucianism and Taoism hold the view that “using criminal punishment as a grand event and reducing or punishing minor crimes as a virtue”.
