在经历了2001年和2002年电信业的寒冬之后,2003年的全球电信市场仍处于低迷发展阶段,没有出现明显的复苏迹象。无论是电信运营商还是设备供应商,都在降低成本,谨慎投资。而在行业持续发展不景气、竞争愈发激烈的情况下,单纯的“瘦身节流”己不能在市场上保持竞争优势。只有战略性地看清网络的未来发展,以客户业务需求为导向不断进行技术创新,提高生产力,才能发挥自身优势,在“寒冬”市场占有一席之地,并为“行业春天”的到来做好准备。
After going through the winter telecom industry in 2001 and 2002, the global telecommunications market in 2003 was still in a sluggish stage of development with no clear sign of recovery. Whether it is telecom operators or equipment suppliers, are reducing costs, prudent investment. In the continuous sluggish development of the industry and increasingly fierce competition, the mere “downsizing” can no longer maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
