基于厚硬顶板工作面回采巷道支护方案富裕系数过大、严重降低巷道支护效率的特点,以辛置煤矿东区10#煤层开采为工程背景,系统研究了厚硬顶板条件下的支护方案。研究表明,裸顶支护,即巷道在进行支护时,对两帮进行正常支护,对顶板进行不支护或者简单支护的支护形式,在保证支护质量的前提下有效地加快了施工进度,为巷道的支护提供了新的理论基础。
Based on the characteristics of supporting coefficient of roadway in thick and hard roof mining face being too large and seriously reducing the supporting efficiency of roadway, taking the mining of No.10 coal seam in the east of Xinji Coal Mine as the engineering background, the support scheme under thick and hard roof is systematically studied . The research shows that when the bare roof support, that is, the roadway is in support, the normal support of the two supports and the unsupported or simple support support to the roof are effectively accelerated under the premise of ensuring the support quality The construction schedule provides a new theoretical basis for the support of roadway.
