《人才学浅说》于1984年出版后,曾获得广东省社会科学学会联合会评定的优秀社会科学研究成果奖,最近出版社决定再版此书,原编著者张世高同志在部分内容上作了补充和调整。我看了《浅说》再版本的清样,感谢编著者给我以先读为快的机会。尽管还读得不细和考虑得不深,但已可明显地觉察到它具有如下几个特点: 一是理论和实际结合较紧。人才学在我国是一门新兴的应用学科。对它的研究,一方面还处于起步阶段。理论体系的建设亟待努力加强;另一方面不能脱离实际去作“纯理论”的探讨或钻研。编著者的有利条件,正在于有丰富的实践经验,对实际情况非常了解,因而能够对许多具体问题进行理论分析。这就不同于一般的“书生之
After its publication in 1984, Talents Theory was awarded the Outstanding Social Science Research Prize awarded by the Federation of Social Science Societies of Guangdong Province. Recently, the publishing house decided to reprint this book. The original author, Comrade Zhang Shigao, supplemented the contents in part Adjustment. I read the ”Shallow“ version of the sample, I am grateful to the editor for giving me a chance to read first. Although it has not been read carefully and has not been thoroughly considered, it has been clearly perceived that it has the following characteristics: First, the combination of theory and practice is tighter.
