本文回顾45例56眼糖尿病患者白内障人工晶体植入术的临床资料，随访28例35眼2月～4月.结果：术后视力65%≥0.5，85%≥0.3.结论：在控制糖尿病患者空腹血糖的情况下，如无全身和眼部严重并发症，对其进行I期后房型人工晶体植入是安全有效的.同时讨论了手术并发症的预防、处理.
This review reviewed the clinical data of 45 patients (56 eyes) with cataract IOL implantation and 28 patients (35 eyes) were followed up from February to April.Results: Postoperative visual acuity was 65% ≥0.5 and 85% ≥0.3 Conclusions: In the control of diabetic patients In the case of fasting blood glucose, if there is no serious complications of the whole body and eyes, it is safe and effective to perform intraocular lens implantation in stage I. It also discusses the prevention and treatment of surgical complications.
